The Roundtable will be held at the Colorado State University Taylor Conference Center at ARDEC (Agriculture, Research, Development, and Education Center) – Fort Collins, CO – County Road 56, East of I-25 

During the Roundtable, we will hear and discuss the recommendations of the Pew Commission on Industrial Farm Animal Production.  We will also discuss the impacts of the changes in grain prices and policy on beef production and meat quality.  As more and more grain is used for food and fuels, where does that leave the livestock sector?  We believe we have a great line-up of national and internationally known speakers for this Colorado Nutrition Roundtable.  Please join us!
