Held Thursday – March 27, 2008 During the Roundtable, we discussed current trends and developing issues pertaining to the cattle feeding industry. Information from a survey of consulting nutritionists about their nutritional recommendations was presented and discussed. Feedyard research summaries from USDA-ARS and Colorado State University were presented. In addition the impact of cattle feeding and environmental issues were discussed. |
